Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Live Well Reset is an educational webinar and lead generation programme operated by Dr. Murthy Gokula, MD. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you register, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

2. Information we collect

When you register for the webinar we collect your name, email address and WhatsApp number, along with the profile and health-concern options you select in the registration form.

We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, approximate location and the pages you visit on this site, so we can understand how the page performs.

3. How we use your information

To send you your webinar confirmation, Zoom link and reminders.

To deliver the free resources promised on this page and to add you to the pre-webinar WhatsApp group if you choose to join.

To send you related health education emails and occasional information about the Live Well program. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

To improve the content and performance of our sessions.

4. Health information

The health concern you select at registration helps us tailor the session content. It is general interest information, not a medical record, and it is never used to make clinical decisions about you. We do not sell health information, and we never publish anything that identifies you.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate the webinar — for example email delivery, webinar hosting, messaging and analytics providers — and only to the extent needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

6. Data retention and security

We keep your registration details for as long as you remain subscribed, and remove them on request. Information is stored using industry-standard safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Unsubscribe links appear at the bottom of every email, and you can leave the WhatsApp group at any time.

8. Cookies

This site uses essential cookies to make the page work, and simple analytics to measure traffic and registrations. You can block cookies in your browser settings; parts of the page may then work less well.

9. Children

This webinar and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version always appears on this page. For any privacy question or request, reply to any email you receive from us and we will respond.
