1. Acceptance of these terms

By registering for the Live Well Reset webinar, joining the WhatsApp group or using any resource provided through this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

2. Educational content only — not medical advice

Live Well Reset is health education. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Murthy Gokula or anyone associated with the programme, and it is not personal medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always consult your own physician before making changes to your diet, exercise, sleep, supplements or lifestyle, particularly if you have a diagnosed condition or are pregnant.

Never start, stop or change a prescribed medication based on anything in this webinar. Medication decisions belong to you and your treating doctor.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

3. No guarantee of results

Health outcomes depend on many factors including your genetics, medical history, medications and how consistently you apply what you learn. Examples, testimonials and case descriptions shared during the webinar are illustrative and are not a promise that you will achieve the same result. Disease reversal or remission cannot be guaranteed for any individual.

4. Registration and attendance

Registration is free and personal to you. We may limit seats, change the date or time, or cancel a session; if we do, registrants will be notified by email. We may decline or cancel a registration that appears fraudulent or abusive.

5. Intellectual property

All webinar content, slides, frameworks (including the 8 Drivers, the 8 Habits and the GOAL-DO-IT framework), workbooks and recordings are owned by Dr. Murthy Gokula and provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not record, reproduce, resell, republish or distribute the session or the resources without written permission.

6. Community conduct

The WhatsApp group and live chat exist to support your learning. Please be respectful. Spam, promotion, harassment, medical advice to other members and sharing of other members' personal information are not permitted, and we may remove anyone who breaches this.

7. Third-party services and links

The webinar is delivered through third-party platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp and email providers, each with its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or services we link to.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Murthy Gokula and Live Well accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the webinar content or free resources. You take full responsibility for the choices you make about your own health.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies. Continued use of the site or resources means you accept the updated terms.
